In this period PIN embedding was given to Nopran Wiyata (Employment Staff) and Aditya Imay (Guardian Squad Commander) who were given directly by the Head of Muara Enim Herdianto. Tuesday, (06/09/2022)
“Congratulations to the employees who have won the award in the form of pinning the employee PIN of Ilok Nian. The provision of PIN which is carried out in a transparent and accountable manner and through an objective assessment and followed by a poll by all employees will certainly produce the right output,”
“Therefore, to employees who get a PIN, this is a special appreciation for you,” said Herdianto in his mandate.
“Meanwhile, for all other employees, this PIN disclosure is not just a ceremony, but as a motivation to improve performance, prove that we are also worthy of being exemplary employees. Let’s compete in goodness for the progress of Muara Enim Prison,” Herdianto said.
The activity was attended by all Structural Officials and Employees of Muara Enim Prison.
